    The duration of the Circuit Training will depend on the plan you have established but, in any case, the intense work involved in this training will multiply the results of your effort.

    All major muscle groups are involved in a circuit session: core, upper body and lower body. It is about alternating different stations (set of repetitions of an exercise) that work intensely a single movement over and over again, to move quickly to the next. This is how you get one of the great benefits of circuit training or Circuit Training: the possibility of getting one muscle group to “rest” while you train another, distributing your effort constantly, almost without stopping, but without reaching exhaustion.
